The house is located on Macedonia Crescent in the Fairview neighbourhood and was originally listed on April 19 for $1,599,999. The house sold on June 15 for $1,380,000.
There is an attached two-car garage, a finished basement with separate entrance, and four bathrooms total.
The location allows for easy access to Square One Shopping Centre and other various City Centre amenities like Celebration Square.
